Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of emotional nursing combined with massage on psychological pressure and bladder function in patients with postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Pingdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combination group by simple randomization method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the combination group received emotional nursing combined with massage on the basis of the control group.Bladder function,self-perceived burden and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the indexes of bladder function in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-perceived burden scale score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with massage can improve the bladder function,psychological pressure and satisfaction of patients with postpartum urinary retention.关键词
