Abstract

In response to the problem of low recovery rate of difficult to select brittle sulfur antimony lead ore in high carbon sliming,a series of studies have been conducted on the surface of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore for drug removal,carbon lead separation,separation of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore from other minerals,and separation of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore slurry.The research results show that adding acid and water for concentration can effectively remove residual reagents and prevent their impact on subsequent flotation;Pre magnetic separation can effectively reduce the influence of iron on the quality of lead antimony concentrate;Adding a small amount of foaming agent can remove some carbon and reduce interference with lead antimony flotation;Adding dispersants and combination collectors can achieve effective separation of lead sludge;The use of combination inhibitors and combination collectors can effectively inhibit the flotation of lead antimony from other sulfide ores.This process has been validated and applied in industrial production.
