Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kunshan from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine follow-up care,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation.The scores of disease coping styles,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of submission and avoidance were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the score of face was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation can encourage patients to actively face diseases,improve sleep quality and quality of life,and is worthy of application.关键词
