Coupling Coordination of Railway Freight Efficiency and Green Logistics Development in China
摘要
Abstract
Railway freight efficiency affects the establishment of transportation power and the development of green logistics.This paper constructed the input-output evaluation index system of China's railway freight efficiency and the evaluation index system of green logistics development.Then,the paper adopted the super-efficiency DEA model and the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure railway freight efficiency and green logistics development level of 30 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in China from 2010 to 2020.It applied the coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling coordination degree of railway freight efficiency and green logistics development,and utilized the obstacle degree model to calculate the main obstacle factors.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the railway freight efficiency in China has a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the development level of green logistics shows a continuous good momentum.The coupling coordination level between railway freight efficiency and green logistics development is generally on the rise,which evolves from reluctant coordination to primary coordination,and there is still large room for optimizing the coupling coordination degree.Through obstacle factor analysis,it is found that railway freight volume,freight turnover per capita,railway freight turnover,area of logistics facilities,and railway mileage have a great impact on the coupling coordination degree of railway freight efficiency and green logistics development.关键词
