Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing on postoperative stress response and complications in patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with uterine fibroid in Lanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing.The postoperative stress response indicators,incidence of complications,and the scores of post traumatic stress disorder of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of cortisol,norepinephrine and epinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the scores of various post traumatic stress disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Need-oriented nursing combined with multidisciplinary integrated nursing for patients with uterine fibroid has a significant application effect,which is worth popularizing.关键词
