铁路运输调度领域数据分级及保护策略研究
Data Classification and Protection Strategy in Railway Transportation Dispatching
摘要
Abstract
In the era of the digital economy,data security is increasingly prominent,and China has introduced a series of laws and regulations to accelerate the construction of a data classification and hierarchical governance system.Based on sorting out the current situation of data classification in some industries in China,this paper analyzed the railway transportation dispatching data of the entire process from four dimensions including demand perception,plan preparation,plan execution and adjustment,and evaluation analysis,and proposed the necessity of relevant data classification.Additionally,by selecting the"Data Security Law"as the fundamental basis for data classification,it developed a data classification process and comprehensively considered the factors such as data size and importance that affect data classification and the influence degree of data destruction.Meanwhile,the transportation dispatching data is divided into general,important,and core levels.For different levels of data,a hierarchical data protection strategy was developed by adopting the combination of multiple data security protection technologies to further improve the governance system construction of railway transportation dispatching data security,thus driving digital railway transformation.关键词
