中国省域数字文化产业创新效率的测算及影响因素分析
Measurement and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Provincial Innovation Efficiency of Digital Culture Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
Innovation efficiency is the concentrated expression of the core competitiveness of the industry.Driven by the strategy of culture digitalization and the strategy of culture power,a comprehensive understanding of the innovation efficiency level of the digital culture industry is of great significance for optimizing the allocation of innovation resources and promoting the healthy development of the digital culture industry.This paper uses a three-stage DEA model to measure the innovation efficiency of digital culture industry in 31 provinces of China from 2015 to 2021,and compares the differences in innovation efficiency be-tween provinces and regions.The results go as below:The overall level of innovation efficiency of China's digital culture industry is not high,and scale efficiency is the main restricting factor.The innovation efficiency of digital culture industry has spatial differ-ences,showing a ladder development pattern of high in the east and low in the west,and has the characteristics of regional radia-tion,and the agglomeration effect is significant.The level of economic development,the quality of innovation subjects,the strength of government support,the ability of scientific and technological innovation,and the digital infrastructure generally have a signifi-cant impact on the innovation efficiency of digital culture industry.关键词
