摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Culuan Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 59 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in the Department of Reproductive Health,Dezhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(29 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with estrogen sequential therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen Culuan Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the level of estradiol in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume of the experimental group was greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of premature ovarian failure with Bushen Culuan Decoction can regulate the level of sex hormone and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
