妊娠糖尿病对新生儿心肌功能及其心脏血流动力学的影响
Effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on myocardial function and cardiac hemodynamics in neonates

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)on myocardial function and cardiac hemodynamics in neonates.Methods A total of 90 neonates delivered in Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected.The neonates of healthy parturients were selected as the control group(45 cases),and the neonates of GDM parturients were selected as the GDM group(45 cases).Birth weight,vital signs,blood glucose level and cardiac hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in birth weight,respiratory rate,heart rate,percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation,mean arterial pressure and blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the peak velocity of pulmonary artery and right ventricular output between the two groups(P>0.05).The peak aortic flow rate,left ventricular output and systolic force index in GDM group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal GDM may cause changes in peak aortic flow rate,left ventricular output and cardiac contractility of neonates.Therefore,monitoring and intervention should be strengthened to ensure the safety of mothers and infants.关键词
