Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Carisolv minimally invasive gel in the treatment of caries in children.Methods A total of 86 children with caries treated in the Department of Stomatology of Juye County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Heze City of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine dental drill and molar treatment,and the observation group was given Carisolv minimally invasive gel treatment.The clinical effect and masticatory function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Carisolv minimally invasive gel in the treatment of caries in children is good,which can improve the masticatory function of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
