Abstract
Objective To analyze the detection results of allergen specific immunoglobulin E(IgE)in 184 children with allergic dermatosis.Methods A total of 184 children with allergic dermatosis treated in the Department of Dermatology of Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected to detect and analyze the serum specific IgE antibody expression levels.Results Among 184 children with allergic dermatosis,102 were positive for allergen specific IgE antibody(55.43% ).Among the inhaled allergens,the positive rates were higher in dust mites,tree pollen and house dust mites.Among the ingestive allergens,the positive rates were higher in egg,milk and mango.The positive rate of allergen specific IgE antibody in male children was higher than that in female children(P<0.05).Among several major allergens,the positive detection rate of egg protein in male children was higher than that in female children(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of allergen specific IgE antibody in children with allergic dermatosis is high,the distribution of allergens is specific,and the positive rate of allergen specific IgE antibody is different between different genders.关键词
