Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and elastic stable intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with femoral fracture.Methods A total of 70 children with femoral fracture admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with closed reduction and elastic stable intramedullary nail.The therapeutic effect and related indexes of operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of closed reduction and elastic stable intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with femoral fracture is accurate,which can reduce the amount of blood loss during operation,shorten the operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
