喷淋作用下的深水测试放喷热辐射规律及关键参数
Laws and key parameters of thermal radiation during deepwater blowout test under spray action

Abstract
In the process of a deepwater natural gas test,the multiphase mixture is separated,depressurized and heated through the ground process and then blown out for burning with the burner boom.And on site,spray is generally adopted to reduce the influence of thermal radiation.In order to reduce the thermal radiation risks to the platform and the burner boom in the process of a deepwater blowout test,this paper applies the Thornton model to research flame surface radiation energy,angle coefficient and water curtain transmittance,and establishes a thermal radiation flux calculation model of the blowout flame under the action of spray.Then,the variation of flame temperature and radiation rate under the influence of spray during the blowout is analyzed using the finite element software,combined with the simulation model of on-site blowout and combustion.And the following research results are obtained.First,the water curtain formed by the spray reduces the temperature and radiation near the platform area,and the radiation rate near the blowout pipeline is reduced from 2050W/m2 to 1840W/m2.Second,under the action of a single water curtain,a certain amount of thermal radiation is absorbed to increase the water curtain temperature from 11.85℃to 26.85℃.Third,due to the low content of CO2 and H2O in the air near the platform,the thermal radiation absorption coefficient of the air is relatively small,so the temperature is mainly affected by thermal convection.The air temperature is basically maintained between 26.85℃and 36.15℃.Fourth,the varying trend of temperature and radiation in the vicinity of the platform with blowout pipe diameter and production rate is basically consistent,and the decrease of pipe diameter leads to the increase of the peak radiation.In conclusion,the research results further clarify the distribution of thermal radiation under different working conditions of deepwater blowout test,and provide technical support for the design and safety control of thermal radiation in deepwater surface blowout.关键词
