Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and its influence on immunoglobulin levels.Methods A total of 100 children with recurrent upper respiratory tract infection treated in Zibo Municipal Authority Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Yupingfeng Granules treatment.The clinical efficacy and immunoglobulin levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin G in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granules in the treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection in children is good,and it can effectively improve the levels of immunoglobulin,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
