Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dental caries in children.Methods A total of 67 children with dental caries admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Longquan Community Health Service Center of Tengzhou City from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with pit and fissure sealing,and the observation group was treated with pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat.The incidence of pit and fissure caries and adjacent caries,the mean value of caries,the retention of sealer coating and the long-term treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pit and fissure caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total retention rate of sealer coating in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The long-term total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pit and fissure sealing combined with Duraphat in the treatment of dental caries in children can reduce the occurrence of pit and fissure caries and adjacent caries,prevent the loss of pit and fissure sealer coating,with the better long-term treatment effect.关键词
