Abstract
Objective To compare the application effect of different filling materials in root canal treatment of children with endodontic disease.Methods A total of 126 children with endodontic disease(200 affected teeth)who received root canal treatment in Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jining City from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table method.The mineraltrioxideaggregate(MTA)group(42 cases with 67 affected teeth)was given MTA sealer,the Viapex group(42 cases with 66 affected teeth)was given Viapex sealer,and the Cortisomol group(42 cases with 67 affected teeth)was given Cortisomol sealer.The postoperative pain and clinical effect of the three groups were compared.Results At 3 and 7 days after surgery,numerical rating scale(NRS)score of MTA group was lower than that of other two groups,NRS score of Viapex group was lower than that of Cortisomol group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of MTA group was higher than that of Cortisomol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MTA and Viapex sealer in root canal treatment of children with endodontic disease is better,and MTA is more effective in reducing postoperative pain in children.关键词
