摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 66 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in Xiawa Town Health Center in Zhanhua District of Binzhou City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease is good,which can significantly improve the immune function and reduce the inflammatory reaction of children.
