Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive small incision assisted reduction and percutaneous pinning in the treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humeral fractures in children.Methods A total of 74 children with Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humeral fractures admitted to the Third Department of Orthopedics of Fei County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(37 cases)and the experimental group(37 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The reference group used closed reduction and percutaneous pinning,and the experimental group used minimally invasive small incision assisted reduction and percutaneous pinning.Operation time,hospital stay,fracture healing and elbow joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospital stay,clinical healing time and fracture healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of elbow joint function in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive small incision assisted reduction and percutaneous pinning in the treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ supracondylar humeral fractures in children can shorten the operation time,hospital stay,clinical healing time and fracture healing time,and significantly improve the elbow joint function.关键词
