摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma ablation adenoidectomy combined with partial tonsillectomy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in children. Methods A total of 84 children with OSAHS admitted to Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with traditional adenotonsillectomy, and the observation group was treated with low temperature plasma ablation adenoidectomy combined with partial tonsillectomy. The indexes of operation, ventilation function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of blood loss during operation of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 7 days after operation, the indexes of ventilation function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation adenoidectomy combined with partial tonsillectomy in the treatment of OSAHS in children has definite clinical effect, which can shorten operation time, reduce amount of blood loss during operation and effectively improve ventilation function.关键词
