雷火灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果
Clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Jiangxi Baijia Aima Maternity Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=30,conventional catheterization+pelvic floor function training)and observation group(n=30,conventional catheterizatio+pelvic floor function training+thunder fire moxibustion)by random number table method.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of bladder fullness,urination weakness and recovery time of autonomous urination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the residual rate of bladder urine was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion has a good clinical effect on postpartum urinary retention,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
