TOE框架下能源企业绿色创新的驱动因素研究
Research on Driving Factors of Green Innovation in Energy Enterprises under TOE Framework
摘要
Abstract
The dynamic QCA method is used to analyze the configuration path of green innovation based on the panel data of 110 listed energy companies in China from 2016 to 2021.The results show that the driving factors of green innovation of energy enterprises have the characteristics of multiple synergies and the same path,while the factors at the level of technology,organization and environment cannot become the necessary conditions for high-level green innovation alone,so it is necessary to play a synergistic role among various el-ements.In the sufficiency analysis,it is found that there are three configuration paths to drive green innovation in energy enterprises,which can be refined into"technology-organization driven"and"multi-factor driven"types.Research and development funds,personnel investment and green cognition of executives are the core conditions for high-level green innovation,and there is a potential substitute relationship between digital lev-el,organizational redundancy and environmental regulation.Energy enterprises should choose the green innova-tion development path suitable for their own enterprises according to the specific situation.关键词
