Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrioma(OMA)with infertility.Methods A total of 90 OMA patients with infertility admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the experimental group(45 cases).The control group was treated with traditional laparoscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with modified laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and first anal exhaust time between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of T lymphocytes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of OMA with infertility is good,which can improve the level of T lymphocytes and ovarian function,and increase the pregnancy rate.关键词
