Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying yang sequential method+Clomiphene in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovulation disorder infertility treated in Liaocheng Shen County of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(n=30)was treated with Clomiphene,and the combined group(n=30)was treated with nourishing yin and tonifying yang sequential method+Clomiphene.The sex hormones(FSH,LH,P,E2)and pregnancy status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,and P in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of E2 was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin and tonifying yang sequential method combined with Clomiphene in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility can improve the pregnancy rate and sex hormone levels.关键词
