Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 77 children with bronchopneumonia in Weng'an County People's Hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(38 cases)was treated with Azithromycin,and the experimental group(39 cases)was treated with Azithromycin combined with Budesonide.The levels of inflammatory factors,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales in the experimental group was earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Budesonide treating bronchopneumonia in children can reduce inflammatory reaction,relieve symptoms and improve lung function,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
