Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine in postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Binzhou Central Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by odd even number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative analgesia with Ropivacaine,and the observation group received postoperative analgesia with Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain scores at 2,8,12,24 hours after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of self-controlled analgesia in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group within 24 hours after operation,and the time from the end of operation to the first self-controlled analgesia in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine in postoperative analgesia of cesarean delivery has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.关键词
