Theoretical Interpretation and Practical Guidance of Xi Jinping's Important Statements of Energy Revolution
摘要
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),in terms of the resource and environment con-straints of domestic energy development and the new wave of international energy transformation,general secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward a new strategy for energy development and a series of important statements from the overall perspective of ensuring national energy security and tackling global climate change.Thus,the strategic thought system of energy revolution is evolved,with constructing modern energy system as the strategic goal and"four reforms and one cooperation"as the strategic framework.The policy ideas of the system are"putting people first,pursuing development through reform,and harmonious coexistence between man and nature",and its methodological principle is system thinking,bottom line thinking,dialectical thinking,and contradiction theory.Xi Jinping's important statements of energy revolution provide scientific and practical guidance for China's green-oriented transition of energy in the new era,which represents a new level of theoretical innovation in energy development with Chinese characteristics.It has far-reaching signifi-cance for the high-quality development of China's economy and society.关键词
