Abstract
The Song dynasty was a peak period of economic and cultural development in Chinese history.The dissolution of the ward system promoted the prosperity of urban life.The abundance of material wealth enhanced the pursuit of quality of life and aesthetic taste among the people.Among them,not only the four elegant arts of"brewing tea,burning incense,ar-ranging flowers,and hanging paintings"flourished,but also the pursuit of banquet and drinking culture was constantly im-proved.The Song dynasty was also the golden age of ancient Chinese ceramics.These elegant living habits made the ceramic design have a new aesthetic orientation and direction,providing a rich soil for ceramic design.While conforming to the ele-gant living habits of the Song people,they highlighted their cultural carrier and artistic value.The unique artistic charm formed by the organic combination of external form and internal value made the Song dynasty ceramic design show a u-nique,elegant,rich and profound historical feature.This article will focus on the relationship between the formal character-istics of Song dynasty ceramic design and the elegant living habits of Song people.关键词
