Current situation,predicament and countermeasures of childcare service for infants aged 0 to 3 in Huai'an City
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the fertility willingness of the population of the right age in China is low,and the birth rate continues to decline.Although the three-child policy has been fully liberalized,the actual effect has been far less than expected.Among them,the problems of"expensive"and"difficult"childcare for infants aged 0 to 3 bear the brunt.This article summarizes the current policy status of childcare services for infants aged 0 to 3 in Huai'an City government in recent years and the difficulties in the process of service development.On this basis,the article discusses the method of constructing the childcare services system for infants aged 0 to 3 in Huai'an City,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction and implementation of the childcare services system for infants in Huai'an City,and also provides reference for the development of childcare services system for infants in other areas of the country.关键词
