Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of refined lifestyle combined with Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with hypercholesterolemia infertility and its influence on Betatrophin level.Methods A total of 30 patients with PCOS and hypercholesterolemia infertility diagnosed in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Chengde Central Hospital,Hebei Province from January to August 2021 were selected.According to different treatment regimens,they were divided into group A and group B,15 cases in each group.Group A was treated with balanced diet,exercise management combined with Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Metformin,and group B was treated with Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Metformin.The body mass index,total cholesterol,sex hormones and serum Betatrophin levels,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the body mass index,total cholesterol,luteinizing hormone,androstenedione and Betatrophin levels in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovulation and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Refined lifestyle combined with Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Metformin in the treatment of PCOS with hypercholesterolemia infertility can effectively improve lipid metabolism disorders and reduce the levels of luteinizing hormone,androstenedione and serum Betatrophin.关键词
