Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with uterine myoma admitted to Huai'an Hongze District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical plans,they were divided into the control group(n=24,traditional abdominal hysterectomy)and the study group(n=26,laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy).The operation related indicators,sex hormone levels,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,the first postoperative anal exhaust time,the first postoperative ambulation time,and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy has good clinical effect in the treatment of uterine myoma,which can promote postoperative recovery,have little effect on ovarian function,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
