Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Prednisone combined with Loratadine in the treatment of children with hypersensitive purpura.Methods A total of 90 children with hypersensitive purpura in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional therapy,and the study group received Prednisone combined with Loratadine therapy on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,disease-related indexes and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 75.56%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the leukocyte level,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum immunoglobulin A level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prednisone combined with Loratadine in the treatment of children with hypersensitive purpura has significant clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
