Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention on medication compliance and quality of life in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 60 children with epilepsy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention.The compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of reasonable diet,treatment cooperation and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social function,emotional function,role function and physical function scores and total quality of life scores increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the social function,emotional function,role function and physical function scores and total quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention can improve medication compliance and quality of life in children with epilepsy,which is worth promoting.关键词
