Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 64 children with pneumonia in Tong'an Road Community Health Service Center of Shibei District,Qingdao from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(32 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given mechanical vibration expectoration adjuvant treatment on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,symptom disappearance time and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthma,cough and pulmonary rales in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical vibration expectoration in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia can reduce symptoms and improve lung function,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
