摘要
Abstract
Epididymitis is a common infectious disease of male reproductive system,which can occur at all ages.Acute epididymitis is a scrotal emergency in infants and young children,the main causes of the disease are retrograde infection of the lower urinary tract.The children present with scrotal swelling,skin redness and pain on the affected side,and pain can radiate to the lower abdomen and perineum in severe cases.This disease is mainly treated by conservative treatment,and surgical treatment can be selected to remove the infection when the effect is not good.This article reports a 6-month-old infant with acute epididymitis complicated with bilateral oblique inguinal hernia,and analyzes the case according to relevant guidelines and literature,providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.关键词
