Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 86 children with with lobar pneumonia in Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital Co.,Ltd.from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group,and the lung function indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rales in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.关键词
