摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Terbutaline,Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 90 children with acute bronchitis in Rongcheng City Buliu Central Health Center from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)by the touch ball method.The disappearance time of symptoms and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of fever,dyspnea,pulmonary rales and cough in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline,Azithromycin combined with Budesonide treating acute bronchitis in children can relieve symptoms,improve lung function,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
