Impact of Early Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function and Exercise Tolerance of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated with PCI were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.After surgery,the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group received early cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention.The cardiac function indicators,exercise tolerance and adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than those in the control group,and 6MWT was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,improve their exercise tolerance,and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.关键词
