一体化护理在城市职业人群慢病健康管理中的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated nursing in chronic disease health management of urban occupational population.Methods 220 patients with chronic diseases in urban occupational population were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing.The disease symptoms,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after nursing,the SCL-90 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life and the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of integrated nursing in chronic disease health management of urban occupational population can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
