Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of whole-process detailed nursing intervention in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 78 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received whole-process detailed nursing intervention.The compliance,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was 94.87%,higher than 74.36%of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the WHOQOL-100 score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-process detailed nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with hyperthyroidism,and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.关键词
