Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on parturients with postpartum depression.Methods 82 parturients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the continuous nursing group received continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions,self-care ability,maternal and infant sickness,and exclusive breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the continuous nursing group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of self-care attitude,self-care knowledge and self-care skills were higher than those in the control group,the infant sickness rate and maternal sickness rate were lower than those in the control group,and the exclusive breastfeeding rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform applied in parturients with postpartum depression can improve their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability and breastfeeding enthusiasm,and reduce the risk of maternal and infant sickness during puerperium.关键词
