摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of health education guided by feedforward control theory applied in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education guided by feedforward control theory.The self-efficacy and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the efficiency scores of strategy,adaptability,motivation and execution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education guided by feedforward control theory can enhance the self-efficacy of patients with diabetes mellitus and make them actively respond to the disease.
