尿ACR、CN1在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值OA
Value of Urinary ACR and CN1 in the Diagnosis of Early Diabetic Nephropathy
目的 探讨尿ACR、CN1 诊断早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的价值.方法 选取 90 例DN患者为观察组,90 例健康人为对照组,比较两组的尿ACR、CN1 以及肾功能指标,分析尿ACR、CN1 与DN患者肾功能指标的相关性以及对DN的诊断价值.结果 观察组的尿ACR、CN1 及血清Scr、BUN、AA、CysC水平高于对照组(P<0.05).尿ACR、CN1 与Scr、BUN、AA、CysC均呈正相关(P<0.05).尿ACR、CN1 联合检测诊断DN的AUC高于ACR、CN1 单独检测(P<0.05).结论 尿ACR、CN1 在早期DN患者中表达升高并与患者肾功能指标存在相关性,联合检测二者可提高对早期DN的诊断价值.
Objective To explore the value of urinary ACR and CN1 in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 90 DN patients were selected as the observation group,and 90 healthy people were selected as the control group.The urinary ACR and CN1,and renal function indicators were compared between the two groups.The correlations between urinary ACR,CN1 and renal function indicators in DN patients and the diagnostic value for DN were analyzed.Results The levels of urinary ACR and CN1,and serum Scr,BUN,AA and CysC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Urinary ACR and CN1 were positively correlated with Scr,BUN,AA and CysC(P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection of urinary ACR and CN1 in the diagnosis of DN was higher than that of ACR and CN1 alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of urinary ACR and CN1 in patients with early DN increase and are correlated with renal function indicators.Combined detection of the two can improve the diagnostic value for early DN.
