摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of rebleeding after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods The clinical data of 80 HICH patients who underwent minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal were retrospectively analyzed. The rebleeding rate was counted, and the risk factors of postoperative rebleeding were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results The incidence of postoperative rebleeding in 80 HICH patients was 16.25%.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative diastolic blood pressure>120 mm Hg,preoperative systolic blood pressure>200 mm Hg,preoperative GCS score≤8 points, diabetes mellitus, preoperative hematoma volume≥60 mL were independent risk factors for the occurrence of rebleeding after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal in HICH patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative diastolic blood pressure>120 mm Hg,preoperative systolic blood pressure>200 mm Hg,preoperative GCS score≤8 points, diabetes mellitus, preoperative hematoma volume≥60 mL are independent risk factors for the occurrence of rebleeding after minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal in HICH patients.关键词
