能谱CT影像组学对胃癌患者术前病理分级的诊断价值分析
Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of Spectral CT Radiomics in Preoperative Pathological Grading of Patients with Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of spectral CT radiomics in preoperative pathological grading of patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer underwent routine CT plain scan and spectral CT enhanced scan after admission,and the results and diagnostic value of the two were compared.Results Of the 80 patients with gastric cancer,surgical pathological examination showed 53 cases of low differentiation and 27 cases of high differentiation.Kappatest showed that the preoperative pathological grading results of CT plain scan and surgical pathology had general consistency(Kappavalue = 0.677,P<0.05),while spectral CT had high consistency with surgical pathology(Kappavalue = 0.911,P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of spectral CT in the diagnosis of preoperative pathological grading of gastric cancer patients were higher than those of CT plain scan(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with CT plain scan,spectral CT has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of preoperative pathological grading of patients with gastric cancer.关键词
