显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定术对椎管内肿瘤患者神经功能及生存质量的影响OA
Impact of Microscope-Assisted Tumor Resection Combined with Spinal Internal Fixation on Neurological Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Intraspinal Tumors
目的 探讨显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定术对椎管内肿瘤患者神经功能及生存质量的影响.方法 选取2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月周口骨科医院收治的 68 例椎管内肿瘤患者,随机分成两组各 34 例.对照组接受显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术,观察组接受显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定术.比较两组的神经功能(NIHSS评分)和生存质量(WHOQOL-BREF评分).结果 术后 6 个月,两组的NIHSS评分均显著低于术前,观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).术后 6个月,两组的WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均显著高于术前,观察组的WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 显微镜辅助下肿瘤切除术联合脊柱内固定术治疗椎管内肿瘤可明显缓解患者的神经功能损伤,提高患者的生存质量.
Objective To explore the impact of microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation on neurological function and quality of life of patients with intraspinal tumors.Methods A total of 68 patients with intraspinal tumors admitted to Zhoukou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received microscope-assisted tumor resection,and the observation group received microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation.The neurological function(NIHSS score)and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF score)were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after surgery,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF dimensions of the two groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation in the treatment of intraspinal tumors can obviously alleviate the neurological impairment and improve the quality of life of patients.
