Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid.Methods 94 patients with keloid were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received basic drug treatment,and the study group received fractional CO2 laser treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,scar severity,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the VSS score was lower than that in the control group,and the DQOLS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of keloid has significant effect and high safety,which can promote scar regression and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
