超声引导下股神经阻滞联合坐骨神经阻滞对全膝关节置换术患者的镇痛效果OA

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block combined with sciatic nerve block in patients with total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 100 patients with TKA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation group received ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block combined with sciatic nerve block on the basis of the control group.The vital signs,analgesic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of HR and MAP at skin incision and at the end of surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the VAS scores at 2 h,6 h,12 h,24 h and 36 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block combined with sciatic nerve block can stabilize the vital signs of TKA patients and obtain better analgesic effect.
