Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Xiayuxue Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and its impact on the long-term prognosis of patients.Methods 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets combined with Xiayuxue Decoction.The clinical efficacy,liver function indicators and long-term prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.1%,higher than 73.3%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBiL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of decompensated cirrhosis was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine antiviral therapy,the application of Xiayuxue Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis has significant clinical effect,which is helpful to promote the recovery of liver function and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.关键词
