Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 140 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with 150 mg/d clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with 75 mg/d clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin.The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,no significant difference was found in the total effective rate,duration of angina pectoris,frequency of attack,and number of myocardial ischemia between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.7%,lower than 18.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Different doses of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin have certain effects in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris,but the combination regimen of 75 mg/d clopidogrel has higher safety.关键词
