Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of minimally invasive rotary resection and traditional resection in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods 82 patients with benign breast tumors were divided into the traditional group(traditional resection)and the observation group(minimally invasive rotary resection)according to different surgical methods.The surgical indicators,postoperative pain degree and cosmetic effect of breast appearance were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the traditional group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the traditional group,the VAS score at 6 h after surgery was lower than that of the traditional group,and the breast appearance beauty score at 3 months after surgery was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 4.76%,lower than 22.50%of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional resection,minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors has better surgical indicators and postoperative cosmetic effect of breast appearance,and lower postoperative pain degree and incidence of complications.关键词
